By using established methods like the STAR model, GROW model, Neuro Linguistic Program, and Hypnosis, I employ a direct and genuine approach. A coach is a certified professional who provides guidance to help you navigate through a specific phase of your life.

A coach will offer you Coaching, Mentoring, Supporting and Helping to defining your goals, identifying barriers that are holding you back and developing a realistic plan with effective strategies to address each challenge.

HOW DOES COACHing WORK?

The coaching process commences with an initial consultation between coach and client, either online or in person, at a location chosen by the client for their comfort.
During this consultation, the coach will actively listen to the client’s story and background, identifying the main issues affecting their life and establishing achievable short and long term goals.
Following the initial session, both the client and coach will assess their compatibility and the client’s readiness to proceed with this coaching rapport. With a positive outcome, they will then plan further sessions to work towards the client’s desired objectives.
Subsequent follow-up sessions will be conducted to monitor the client’s progress, offer feedback, and provide ongoing support, while ensuring the utmost privacy and confidentiality of the shared information, unless otherwise specified by the client.
